Courvoisier® Cognac Cellar Master and Director of Liquid Quality Hosts Education Tour in the United States

Pierre Szersnovicz, Cellar Master and Director of Liquid Quality for Courvoisier® cognac, embarked on a multi-city education tour meeting with distributors, retailers, wait staff, bartenders and consumers.  Szersnovicz began his tour in Philadelphia on May 15, and visited other core markets for the cognac brand including Washington, DC, Chicago, and Atlanta where the tour came to a close on May 27. 
 
While in Philadelphia, Szersnovicz led an in-depth education seminar with the Liberty Spirits Division of Southern Wine and Spirits, and also visited key retailers and on-premise accounts in the city.  The 30+ year cognac connoisseur also hosted wait staff education trainings, and made visits to key accounts in each market. 
 
On the Chicago leg of the tour, Szersnovicz visited Courvoisier parent company, Beam Global Spirits and Wine.   At the Beam Global headquarters, he met with key executives and also hosted training sessions and tastings for all employees at the company of the company.  From Chicago, a side trip was also made to Kentucky, where Szersnovicz met with his counterpart, Jerry Dalton, Master Distiller for Jim Beam® bourbon along with Fred Noe, bourbon ambassador and great grandson of Jim Beam. The tour ended in Atlanta with more account visits, wait staff trainings and a consumer tasting of the Courvoisier VS, VSOP, XO and Napoleon marques.
